For more than 30 years, Armstrong Builders LLC has been recognized as a leader in residential and commercial construction in Hawaii. They have broad experience in design and construction, having built everything from affordable housing to large multi-million dollar custom homes as well as many commercial projects throughout the islands. Armstrong prides itself on teamwork and embraces the mission to enhance the quality of peoples' lives through the homes and products they build.

Recently, Armstrong developed Kai Malu in Wailea, Maui a joint venture project with A&B Properties comprised of one hundred fifty resort condominium homes. Other notable Maui projects are the Kai Makani Beach Villas in Kihei and Wailea Gateway Center.

Having several LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) accredited professionals on staff, Armstrong is now looking to the future of Hawaii's sustainability.
