The Town Center will be located on the former Kahului Shopping Center block as the central focal point of the master plan, designed as a picturesque Town Square. The Town Center district will be organized into four quadrants that offer different mixes of retail, office and residential components. The architectural character of the development will be reminiscent of the islands plantation history.
